It was April 1988. Twenty-five years ago……
The Winter Olympics are held in Calgary and the Summer Olympics are held in Seoul, Korea. Sonny Bono is elected mayor of Palm Springs and George H.W. Bush beats Michael Dukakis in the race for the presidency.
And San Diego welcomes a bouncing baby IFMA chapter!
Please join us in the celebration of 25 years of our chapter’s development. The event promises plenty of surprises, but it is rumored that there will be a cocktail hour complete with a signature cocktail, a sit-down dinner, some nostalgic reminiscing and a Monte Carlo-style casino to round out the festivities. The event is free to every San Diego Chapter member and their guest. However, there are limited tickets available, so make your reservations now – this will be a magical evening that you won’t want to miss!
